Adam Montague // Representative at Lumin

Mr. Adam Montague is a senior at Clemson University pursuing a degree in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting. Through his coursework at Clemson he has amassed a great deal of knowledge on the financial industry and accounting processes and maintained a high GPA in all of his major-related courses. Previously, he worked at a yacht club as a Dock Hand serving and catering to others needs while also learning a lot about talking to strangers and solving issues in a timely manner which has helped him tremendously in the automotive industry.

While attending classes at Clemson, Mr. Montague is very involved on campus. Mr. Montague was a member of the Club Hockey Team for one year and is also a member of a Fraternity where he served on their executive board for one term as the Sentinel. As the Sentinel he was responsible for collaborating with the rest of the exec board on fraternity activities and issues while also directing and running all fraternal rituals and meetings.

Dress Code Policy:
At Lumin Automotive we strive to achieve a work environment that is both professional and functional. Therefore, we require a dress code that is clean and formal, appropriate and clear from distractions. Business professional attire is expected when on the job. This includes dress shirts with company logos, dress pants or skirts, coats or blazers when applicable, and dress shoes. Clothing shouldn't not be excessively tight or revealing. Please speak with your supervisor about any questions pertaining to the dress code policy.

Vacation Policy:
We know our employees work hard, and we appreciate the time they put into the business. Employees are allowed 14 days paid time off when working for Lumin Automotive. Requests must be made 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of vacation time, unless approved by your supervisor. Please use open communication when thinking about taking time off.

Meet Caroline Hendrix // Representative at Lumin Automotive

Miss Hendrix is from Columbia, South Carolina. She is a student of Clemson University, obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing degree with a minor in Brand Communications through her curriculum at Clemson. As a marketing major she is learning the ins and outs of the industry and focusing on digital and social media marketing. She is also involved in four different clubs on campus, those being based around her faith and personal and leisurely interests. In addition to her school curriculum and involvement on campus, she has started a social media marketing and management company where she manages social media accounts for brands to build their brand, grow their brand awareness, meet their revenue goals, increase engagement and retention, etc.

Ms. Hendrix will be graduating in 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing along with a minor in Brand Communications. She has been an entrepreneur since she was eight years old and as she has started several different businesses over the years, her entrepreneurship carries with her to her new business ventures. Her experience in entrepreneurship, social media management, customer service, and marketing has well equipped her for her position here at Lumin Automotive.

Meet Marcus Crawford // Representative at Lumin

Mr. Marcus Crawford hails from the coastal area of South Carolina, more specifically, Florence, South Carolina. Currently, he is in his last year as a Senior at Clemson University. Mr.Crawford is a marketing major, with the intention of going into sales with The Hershey Company and real estate part-time, upon graduation.

Throughout his tenure here at Clemson University, Mr.Crawford has had the opportunity to be a part of and lead multiple organizations. These organizations consist of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Transfer Council, Clemson University Guide Association, Club Basketball, and Sale Innovation Program. These organizations have served him well, and he has had the opportunity to grow in his time at Clemson University because of them.

Along with his involvement on campus Mr.Crawford has the opportunity to grow professionally working part-time as a car salesman, and real estate agent. Mr.Crawford's professional and academic experience has equipped him with the skills for his role at Lumin Automotive.

Meet Emma Turpin // Representative at Lumin Automotive

Miss Emma Turpin is from Greenville, South Carolina. She majors in marketing and minors in psychology at Clemson University. She is graduating in the spring of May 2021 with her bachelors in science. She studied abroad in Bilbao, Spain where she took relevant coursework for her degree and immersed herself in the lively culture.

Emma worked part time at a marketing and public relations firm in Downtown Greenville, DFS Creative Concepts. She participated in an internship at DFS Creative Concepts and was invited back to be an account coordinator. Emma also worked for Clemson University part time as a student worker in the office of undergraduate studies. She was the Vice President of Feel Good Club on campus helping raise money for poverty and hunger.

She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, the Clemson University Marketing Association, Clemson’s Sales Innovation Program, and the Feel Good Club. Her experience in customer service, marketing, and account management has well equipped her for her position at Lumin Automotive.
