🏁 Tanglewood BMX is open for practice TODAY, Thursday, June 4! Sunday practice / information is below as well.🏁

Get ready for focused practice laps !

Thursday Practice:

Time: 5:45 PM - 7:15 PM
Practice Fee: $5

Looking ahead, we have a Single Point Race tentatively scheduled for Sunday. Registration will be open from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, with racing to follow.

Sunday Fees:

Practice Only: $5
Practice & Racing: $10

Please note that this Sunday race is dependent on our volunteer team. Many will be out-of-town for a personal event, and Sunday events may be canceled depending on how return travel effects our ETA. Please stay tuned to our social media for any necessary updates or changes as we get closer

USA BMX Memberships are required (Free One-day Memberships available for first time riders) to take part in any track activity. Any updates or changes will be posted to social media if necessary.

Join us for an afternoon of practice and racing TODAY, Sunday, May 31! Get your laps in, register for a Single Point Race, and let's go racing!

Today's Schedule:

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Open Practice / Race Registration

Racing begins ASAP after registration closes!

Fees:

Practice Only: $5

Practice & Racing: $10

A USA BMX Membership is required to take part in any track activity.

🚨 TRACK UPDATE: CLOSED TODAY (5/28/26) 🚨

Due to all the recent rain, Tanglewood BMX will be closed today. We need to give the surface some time to dry out! 🌧️🚫

Fingers crossed for some sunshine as it is looking good moving forward! ☀️ We are hoping to dry out enough to open up for practice and racing this Sunday afternoon. We'll keep a close eye on the track conditions and post another update as we get closer to Sunday to let you know if we're good to go.

Stay dry, and we hope to see you at the track on Sunday! 🚲💨

We will be opening for practice today. Schedule for the week is below. There is chance of rain beginning today and over the next few days, so been sure to check out page for updates:

Open practice today, Thursday, May 21. Open practice / registration from 5:45pm - 7:15pm. Practice Fee: $5. Check-in on the Starting Hill today as we will be short volunteers.

On Sunday, May 24, we will have a single point race. We will have open practice / registration from 4:00pm - 5:00pm with racing beginning ASAP after registration closes. Practice only fee: $5, Practice & Racing Fee: $10.

Schedule for the week is below, beginning with practice today and the first NC State Championship Qualifier on Saturday.

Thursday, May 14: Open Practice & Registration, 5:45pm - 7:15pm, $5 practice fee.

Saturday, May 16: NC State Championship Qualifier, Double Points Race, Open Practice & Registration, 10:00am - 12:00pm, Racing at 12:30pm. Registration fee is $25 per class.

Sunday, May 17: Southeast Gold Cup Qualifier, Triple Points Race, Open Practice & Registration, 10:00am - 12:00pm, Racing at 12:30pm. Registration fee is $35 per class.

USA BMX Memberships are required to take part in any track activity. Any updates or changes will be posted to social media if necessary.

Weather is looking good for the State Championship Qualifier and Gold Cup Qualifier at Tanglewood BMX this coming weekend! For both days, open practice will be from 10am - Noon, with racing at 12:30pm. For Saturday's Double Point SCQ, the registration fee is $25 per class. For Sunday's Triple Point GCQ, the registration fee is $35.
