As most everyone knows, communication and service has always been my top priority. Itโs something I enjoy, and itโs something that I strive for perfection with. Over the course of the last few weeks we have been battling a system error that occurred when trying to merge our email and phone service. We believe we have found the issue and have a resolution, but we are going to take the next 48 hours to tweak the system and hopefully correct it.
