FACTS!!!

Good Morning, Texas! Today’s forecast can be summed up with one simple question: why does it feel hotter every time you look outside? The morning starts off pleasant enough to fool you into thinking today won’t be so bad. That’s a trap. By lunchtime, North Texas, Central Texas, and the Hill Country will all be competing to see who can fry an egg on something they probably shouldn’t. East Texas brings the humidity that fogs up your sunglasses before you even put them on, while South Texas keeps things tropical without the beach vacation. Out across West Texas and the Panhandle, it’ll stay sunny, breezy in spots, and hot enough to make every gas station drink cooler look like a sacred place. A few isolated showers may drift through late today, mostly to tease everyone watching them disappear on radar before reaching their neighborhood. Somewhere near Amarillo, somebody will still say, “At least it’s a dry heat,” for the forty-seventh summer in a row. Stay hydrated, avoid touching anything made of metal, and if your truck seat doesn’t leave a permanent imprint, consider that a win.
