🛍️1–3 PM: Community Market - Bake sale, vendor fair, and silent auction! We need your help! Silent auction donations (new or gently used items), drop off Saturday morning
Bake sale treats - 8x8 tins of cakes/brownies, or a dozen cookies on a plate in a ziplock bag
🎱 7 PM: Bingo | Pavilion

📅 Sunday, Sept 6th
🥞 9–10:30 AM: Breakfast Fundraiser - Proceeds benefit the Tri-County Humane Society
🚜 3 PM: Wagon Rides | Play Field

Big thank you to Tracy, one of our awesome seasonals who made new scoreboards for our horseshoe pits. They look amazing.

The Bingo Lightning Round was a blast again last weekend! Thanks to everyone who came out and played.

🎉 This past weekend was the Clearwater Heritage Festival, which brought out the whole community, a great parade downtown, a car show full of beautiful classics, and the fire station open house where kids (and adults!) got to hop on the fire trucks for rides and burning car display. So much fun seeing everyone out and about!

Congrats to our bingo winners! We may have played the shortest game in Bingo history with somebody winning the first game after only six numbers being called. So fun!!!

🍡 Marshmallow Jar Winner Announced! 🍡

Congratulations to Meadow Lachinski — winner of our July Marshmallow Count Guess Fundraiser! 🎉

The jar held 3,381 marshmallows, and Meadow's guess of 3,118 was the closest of everyone who entered.

Thank you to everyone who participated and guessed, your $1 entries, along with other fundraising activities throughout the month, helped us raise $643 for the Clearwater Food Shelf this July, which will go toward providing meals to families right here in our community. 💛

We love running fun fundraisers that give back — stay tuned for what's next! 🏕️

⛄ Christmas in July at Clearwater RV Park! 🎄

Time flies when you're having fun! It might be the hottest stretch of summer, but we celebrated the coolest time of the year — TWO weekends of Christmas in July! 🎅

Sites were decked out in holiday decor, wagon rides carried folks around the park, and everyone got their pictures with Santa and his elf. ⛄

And since it's still summer heat, we found plenty of ways to cool off — pool days, water balloon launcher 💦, and this past weekend a sq**rt gun scavenger hunt where kids hunted down 30 targets scattered around the park! 🔫🎯

Of course, Bingo was still in full swing 🎱 — and a lot of those winnings turned right into ice cream treats! 🍦

A big thank you to the Christian Motorcycle Association for hosting Sunday morning prayer service (2nd and 4th Sundays each month) 🙏

Coming up this week:
We're celebrating all our summer birthdays with cake on Friday! 🎂🎉 And
Papa's Camping Pit Stop food truck will also be on site Friday with awesome eats— come hungry! 🚚

Thank you campers! Here's what we've accomplished together for our monthly fundraisers:

🇺🇸 May: Stand Down of St. Cloud (supporting local veterans)
💙 Donation: $276.37

🚒 June: Clearwater Fire Relief Fund (helping provide fire equipment for our local fire department)
❤️ Donation: $435.00

🥫 July: We're currently supporting the Clearwater Food Shelf, and there's still time to help!

Join us this Saturday toward a fundraiser:
🎅 Pictures with Santa at 4:00 PM (Office) – just $2
🍨 Ice Cream Sundaes at 1:00pm (Pavilion) – enjoy a sweet treat while donating to a great cause!
❓Guess the number of marshmallows in the jar - just $1 per guess and the winner also receives a prize.

Every dollar raised stays local and helps strengthen our community. Thank you to each and every guest who has participated in our events, made a donation, or contributed through early or late check-in fees. What a weekend at Clearwater RV Park!

Thanks to all the campers who joined us for the 4th of July — you brought the fun and the festive spirit! A few highlights:

☀️ Gorgeous warm weather all weekend.
🎱 Bingo with awesome prizes — and we handed out our very first Speed Bingo trophy, handmade by our amazing regular camper Danette!
🍧 Mason's Sno & Dessert Truck helped keep everyone cool with the perfect icy treats on Friday.
🚲 Bike parades and wagon rides for the kids
🔥 Our Smoked Cook-Off was a big hit — really incredible food from some of our amazing seasonal guests, plus raising funds for a great cause. Sue's smoked burnt ends were the crowd favorite!
🎇 Campers decorated their sites and rocked their festive attire to show off that holiday spirit
🧡 Take your guess on how many marshmallows are in the jar. Let us know in the comments how many marshmallows you think there are.

Coming up THIS weekend July 11-12th: Christmas in July! 🎅🎄

It's looking warm again, so we'll figure out how to keep our "cool" — but we've got:

Staying with us this weekend? Sign up at the office by Friday to compete. Food ready by 6pm — grill it, smoke it, anything goes (no meat required!). Campground guests vote for their favorite, and the winner earns this gorgeous 2026 trophy! 🥇
