brand-new BMW evaporator core came straight out of the box… and it already had a hole in it and was leaking refrigerant.

Think your BMW A/C leak is just a quick recharge? Think again... 🥵❄️

This BMW came in with an air conditioning leak. The culprit? The evaporator core.

Unfortunately, on many BMW models, replacing the evaporator isn't a simple under-the-hood repair. It requires removing much of the interior, including the dashboard and numerous components, just to gain access.

🔧 Hours of precision disassembly
🔧 Hundreds of electrical connections and fasteners
🔧 Careful reassembly and system calibration
🔧 Then evacuation, leak testing, and recharging the A/C system

It's one of the most labor-intensive A/C repairs we perform—but when it's done correctly, your BMW is back to blowing ice-cold air just like it left the factory.
