We had been looking for cars at several different Brand lots for over a month. The customer service and interactions with the Sales rep and managers make a huge impact on our experience.
Howard was quick to approach us and all around friendly and pleasant.
Once he helped us find the car we loved, the assistance from the Manager Chett was icing on the cake. He truly made us feel that he was dedicated in doing everything he could to assist us and get us the best deal to make us happy.
