✨CSM SPOTLIGHT TO KICK OFF CSM WEEK! ✨
💫MEET MORGAN

Morgan started her Bayada journey in August 2022. She graduated from Mount Aloysius College with a medical assistance degree in 2018. In her time here she has worn a lot of hats to say the least. She is a strong advocate for her clients and nurses, mentor to her coworkers, full time on call manager, and is a SEAL team scheduler. You can frequently catch Morgan attached to her phone day and night, with a strong cup of coffee, providing a listening ear and support to our clients, families, and field staff. She truly never hesitates to go the extra mile to make people feel heard. She was also the first to open an IV case at our office and bring home a seal team referral in the early stages of the program. She is smart, strong, compassionate, and has a can-do attitude. She is frequently setting the standard for what good looks like and overall, an incredible CSM.

💫A little bit about Morgan:
“I joined the team after about 5 years working in healthcare and fun fact; I actually got the job when I was 6 months pregnant. I was looking for something more fulfilling and took a chance applying, and thankfully BAYADA took a chance on me too, just shy of 4 years ago.
Being a CSM is fast-paced and always changing, but that’s what makes it so rewarding. My favorite part of this role is the relationships. I get the opportunity to connect with so many people, our clients, their families, and our field staff and I love knowing we’re making a real difference for the families we serve.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of two, so life is always busy! I enjoy gardening, cuddling up with a good book, and spending time as much time outdoors as possible, especially hunting and fishing.”
---Morgan Driscoll

💫Keep the celebration going:
If you talk to Morgan this week or any of the amazing CSM team in the STC office, please wish them a happy CSM week.
