Customer calls: "I hear a CRUNCHING noise when I drive"
Us: "Lets get you in TODAY."

The driver side rear tire was not tightened or torqued and was working it's way to falling off. Definitely a safety concern!

We tightened it properly, finished our safety check, and got him back on the road.
