**Update** I was able to get to the shop and power is currently restored but roads and our lot have not been plowed so I will only be open for a short bit before closing early to try and get home. We are having a hard time getting to the shop today due to snow and freeway closures but will get in as soon as possible. If you have an appointment today we will attempt to contact you today but if you don't hear anything we didn't make it in! As of 945am our shop is without power and i90 is closed from Ellensburg to North Bend.

One of our local customers scored a really good deal on this extremely clean Outback Sport but unfortunately the low miles did not keep the common engine issues at bay. This one developed a rod knock at only 65k! The rest of the engine was in spectacular shape so we sourced a new OEM short block from Subaru and got this beauty running perfectly again for years of enjoyment. Sometimes the old ones are more cost effective to revive and keep on the road than newer cars. This one was so clean it was worth it we think!

We have been cranking away the past few weeks/months trying to work through big jobs and back log but we are finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel! We have been able to reduce our wait times significantly so if you want to get in before the next round of winter hits, now's the time! We just re-stocked on batteries :)

We just wrapped up this cooling system overhaul with all the maintenance items on this customers really clean Audi Q7 now its ready to tackle the rest of the cold season with no more leaks!

Due to flooding at our homes the shop will be closed today. We are hoping with the water levels dropping we can make it in later this afternoon and will contact all customers on the schedule this week!

We will be closed Thursday the 27th and Friday the 28th to be with our families for Thanksgiving. We wish you and yours a Happy Turkey Day as well!

I've heard a lot over the years that car dealerships don't make money selling cars, they pay for the cars they sell by having a huge service department. I have no idea how true that is, but when you go to a dealership on a weds and all the sales guys are hanging out at the reception desk and there isn't a single customer on the lot, you definitely have to wonder how they have THAT many cars sitting around and still make money every day! Well then when you go to the parts counter or service area there are 20 people waiting, 30+ techs, 50 bays, 5 service advisors...yeah I can see that! Offering free maintenance is a sweet selling point but it must be hard to make money when the dealership service is so terrible in most cases and people are moving in masses to good independent shops that offer better service experience, more proactive service recommendations and in some cases just better technicians!
