This 2002 Chevy S-10 came to us with a blown head gasket and needed more than just a quick fix.

Since the customer had already replaced the short block a few years ago, we focused on restoring the top end properly. We removed the cylinder head and sent it to our machine shop for a complete valve job and deck resurfacing to ensure a perfect sealing surface. Once it returned, we reassembled the engine and performed a complete engine reseal to eliminate leaks and help keep this truck running strong for years to come.
