For those following our Formula project here’s Barbara preparing the patterns from Friday. The Tyvek was 26’ long. It’s been trimmed, marked up with production lines and now all 7 pieces are their own blue print. Creating the 7 panels from these patterns is another week of work.

Spent the afternoon installing flex rail on the back of the radar arch on a 1997 Formula 34PC. New aft canvas will slope from arch back to the new stainless cantilever frame I installed last week. Installing track is very time consuming but it came out great. We will be patterning the top tomorrow, pics to follow!
