DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I just bought two tires and had them put them on my rear tires. When I backed out I noticed a weird knocking noise coming from my rear driver side tire. I stopped and asked them to come out because something was wrong. I backed up and they clearly heard the noise and tried to act like they couldn't hear anything. Then when they couldn't deny the noise, they acted like it wasn't coming from the tires and that all they did was change the tires so it couldn't have been their fault. Then who I assume was the owner walked off and said "we are closed, come back tomorrow". So I leave and go home. I went to take the rim off to check and realize that my lug nuts were never tightened AT ALL. I was able to twist them with my fu***ng fingers. These idiots could have cause my rim to come off while I was driving down Purple Heart/101 and caused a major accident. I highly suggest you choose a different used tire shop based off of 1- these guys are idiots who dont know how to do the basics of changing a tire and 2- the owner is a complete as***le and blew me off like nothing was wrong when infact something was completely wrong. Horrible service and horrible customer service! They actually were closing, so I will be back tomorrow to give them a HUGE EARFULL!!! Screw this place. DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES WORKED ON AT THE PLACE. Apparently they do not care about customer safety. I will be reporting them from the Better Business Bureau come Monday.
