There was nothing small about this repair.

With damage across multiple areas of the vehicle, there were a lot of pieces to this repair, and each step depended on the one before it.

From body work and paint to reassembly and final details, this one took a lot of hands, a lot of coordination and a whole lot of teamwork.

One vehicle. One repair plan. One team bringing it all back together.

And we have to admit ... watching all those freshly painted pieces go back where they belong is pretty satisfying.

Happy 1st Anniversary, Jordan!

Today we’re celebrating one year with Jordan, the Parts Manager at our Clarksville location.

Jordan plays an important role in keeping repairs moving, making sure our team has the right parts at the right time.

Thanks for everything you’ve brought to the Martin’s team over the past year, Jordan. We’re glad to have you with us and look forward to many more!

A new part showed up. That doesn’t mean it automatically goes on the vehicle.

Brian, at our Georgetown location, is comparing the new part to the damaged original to make sure it’s correct and meets our standards before the repair moves forward.

And sometimes, it doesn’t.

If a part isn’t right, we send it back and get one that is. That can add time to a repair, but we’d rather explain a delay than install something that doesn’t meet our standards.

It’s one more step most customers never see, but an important one in getting the repair right.

This Labor Day, we’re proud to recognize the hardworking people who keep our families, businesses, and communities moving forward.

To give our team time to relax and enjoy the holiday with their families, all Martin’s locations will be closed Monday, September 7. We’ll reopen Tuesday, September 8.
