Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator – T.W. Auto Repair
T.W. Auto Repair is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Create and provide customer quotes
Create and schedule social media posts
Handle warranty claims and related paperwork
Order and track parts
Keep track of daily sales and office records
Assist customers with vehicle repair inquiries
Process customer checkouts and payments
Maintain a clean and organized office area
Promote and sell tires and wheels 🛞
Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and social media platforms
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
Pay: 💰
$19-25 an hour
Hours:
Full Time Position Monday-Friday
