As September comes to a close, I’ve been thinking about my WIN for the month…and I realized it isn’t just one thing.

That’s a LOT of handshakes, hugs, introductions, conversations, business cards, laughs and probably more than a few, “We need to get together!” 😂
But here’s what September reminded me:
Networking isn’t about collecting contacts. It’s about planting seeds. 🌱
You may not know today which introduction will become a friendship, a referral, a customer, a collaboration, an opportunity—or simply someone you’re grateful to know.
You just keep showing up.
You keep supporting people.
You keep connecting people.
And you keep planting those seeds.
Some will grow tomorrow. Some may grow years from now. 🌱✨
So my WIN Wednesday this month is celebrating every room I walked into, every new person I met, every familiar face I got to see again, and every connection that might be part of what comes next.
September was about CONNECTION.
And I have a feeling some of those September seeds are going to grow into something pretty amazing. 💜✨
