Cold weather reminder ❄️

Do NOT plug space heaters into power strips or extension cords. Plug space heaters directly into a wall outlet. This includes all work spaces on Fort Campbell.

Power strips are not designed to handle the high current flow required by a space heater and can overheat, causing a fire.

If facility heat is not working properly. Place work order to have repaired. Do not use space heaters as permanent heat.

Final Update: 302pm - This incident is over. We have resumed normal patrol operations. We no longer have information to believe the subject is still in the immediate area. We appreciate your patience during this incident.

Incident Alert: September 18th at 12:20pm - Report of Wanted Subject in the area of 1500 block Oak Plains Rd.

Updated Information: 2:09pm - Deputies on scene report this incident began when the male subject was spotted going through another resident’s detached garage and taking items. The resident confronted the subject. The subject ran into a wooded area. Subject is a white-male, mid-30s, purple shirt, blue Jean shorts, grey shoes, black hat.

Patrol Deputies are working to locate a white-male subject in the area of Oak Plains Rd who was last seen wearing a purple colored shirt and blue Jean style shorts with black hat. Subject may be in his mid-30s.

Information is still developing. Deputies are setting up perimeters in an attempt to locate this wanted subject. If you see someone or something in your immediate area of concern, please call 911 and let us know.

Please secure your residences as we work to resolve this incident. Be on alert, be secure, call 911 if unsure.
