Today we say congratulations and thank you to a truly irreplaceable member of our team as he heads into retirement.
Most people never realize how much work goes into making a dealership look and run the way it should. Every straight parking line, every spotless used car, every clean corner of the lot, and every one of the countless little details that customers notice—but rarely think about—were a reflection of his pride in his work.
People often celebrate the big plays, but championships are won because of the people doing the work that makes those moments possible. He was the center on our offensive line. You can have the best skill players in the world, but without someone dependable in the middle doing the dirty work every single day, nothing else works the way it should.
Thank you for your dedication, your work ethic, and the pride you took in every detail. Your impact reaches far beyond a clean lot—you helped build the foundation that allowed the rest of us to succeed.
