We've been contacted and have corrected numerous jobs of where customers have indicated a particual shade tree mechanic (STM). From our observation the STM did not complete jobs they indicated they would do and or did the job completly wrong (i.e. putting parts on wrong, upside down, and some cases backawards.) In addition we discovered customers were having to pay for the job up front. If you've been affected by this STM contacted the Attorney General at the following:
