Statement from Shore Motor Company
Shore Motor Company is currently undergoing a strategic restructuring of our business as we work to position the dealership for long-term stability and success.
As part of this process, we are evaluating all areas of our operation and making changes to create a smaller, more efficient organization. Unfortunately, this will include reductions in staffing, adjustments to certain departments, and changes in how we operate day to day.
These decisions are not easy, particularly because of the dedicated employees who have helped make Shore Motor Company what it is today. We are extremely grateful for their hard work, loyalty, and commitment to our customers and our community.
Shore Motor Company remains committed to serving our customers and the southwest Iowa community. Our goal through this restructuring is to build a sustainable operation that allows us to continue providing vehicle sales, service, parts, and support to our customers for years to come.
We appreciate the understanding and continued support of our employees, customers, and community as we work through this transition.
