🦌 BEFORE & AFTER — 2025 Toyota RAV4! 🔧✨

This 2025 Toyota RAV4 came to us after an unfortunate encounter with a deer, leaving it with significant front-end damage.

Our team completed the repairs following Toyota OEM repair procedures to make sure everything was repaired properly—not just made to look good.

🚙 BEFORE ➡️ AFTER | 2022 Toyota Highlander

Another one back on the road and looking like new! 🔥

This 2022 Toyota Highlander came to us needing quite a bit of attention. After dealing with a difficult insurance company and making sure the repair was handled the right way, we got it back where it belongs!

Collision repair is about a lot more than making a vehicle look good again. Today’s vehicles have advanced safety systems that require the correct repairs and calibrations to make sure everything functions as designed.

Small collision doesn’t always mean a small repair! 🚗🔧

At first glance, damage to the front of a vehicle may look like it only needs a bumper, headlight, or a few exterior parts replaced. But once we begin the teardown, the real story can be underneath.

These vehicles are a perfect example. With the exterior components removed, we can properly inspect the radiator/core support, mounting points, cooling system, wiring, brackets, structural components and everything else hidden behind the bumper.

Collision energy has to go somewhere. A bumper cover may flex back and look relatively normal while the components behind it have been pushed, twisted, cracked or shifted. Many components are made from plastic and with a small collision there could be much more damage causing the vehicle to not run or operate properly.

That’s why at 603 Metalworks & Collision, we don’t just repair what you can see. Proper disassembly and a complete damage analysis allow us to identify hidden damage and determine what is actually required to return the vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

The estimate before teardown is only the beginning.

Sometimes what looks like a “small hit” from the outside tells a completely different story once you get underneath! 🔍

As a small family-owned business, we believe it’s important to spend time with family and recharge. With that being said, our shop will be closed June 29th through July 3rd as we celebrate Independence Day week for our shop shutdown.
