The cold season is upon us, and I will be offering winterizing services. I also will have an inspection package available. That would include a roof inspection and exterior seal inspection. The base price for a unit without inspection and without any special applicances, such as an ice maker or washer will be $100, with a mobile service fee that will vary depending on location. Units with an ice maker or washer can range from $130-$150. For information on the cost with an inspection reach out with the size, year, and make of your unit. Antifreeze will be provided.
