Bob's Service Center Bob's Service Center & Bob's Parts City Bob's Service Center was established in 1980 in a small shop on East Front Street in Claflin by owner Bob Cates.

In 1981, a new shop was built on West Front Street. Then in 2002 with the addition of CARQUEST Auto Parts a new shop was built at our current location 1070 NE 130th Avenue just South of Claflin. In late 2024, our shop has transferred from CARQUEST Auto Parts to Parts City Auto Parts, a chain of local, independently owned auto parts stores dedicated to helping our communities with their unique automotive needs through our relationship with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Bob's Service Center has grown to five full time employees and multiple part time employees. Bob's Service Center now stocks Parts City Auto Parts, Gates hydraulic hoses and fittings, Country Clipper mowers (new/used) and parts, and Grasshopper mowers (new/used) and parts, and more! Bob's Service Center is a TECH-NET Professional shop and has ASE certified mechanics to diagnose any automotive problem.
