UPDATE IS COMPLETE, all fuel is in working order!!

Tomorrow morning, Monday April 7th, at 10:30 AM we will be updating our software for our computer system. The pumps will be out of order for approximately 15 minutes and should be back in service by 11:00 AM. Thank you for your patience during this time and know that we appreciate your business. Without our loyal customers we would not be able to provide a dependable gas station for our community!!

Thank you to the customer who contacted me yesterday to let me know our car wash coin machine was not working! (Coin slot was jammed, it works now) It can be frustrating to not be able to quickly wash your vehicle or get gas when you need it and we appreciate all our customers!!! Please take the time to let us know if you cannot get our equipment to work properly so we can get it fixed as soon as possible. We realize we do not have the most up to date facility but we do work to keep everything up and running. We have the best community and truly appreciate all your support and business!!

The internet has been down at K-4 Fuel today so we apologize to all who were not able to get fuel. It is now up and going, credit cards are working! We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and as always, thank you for your business!

Our private store cards do work when the internet is down. If you would like to have a private non-interest bearing card that is only for our store please let us know!

Thank you to several customers who notified us of fraudulent charges after using our gas pumps. We found AND REMOVED 2 internal skimming devices today, notified the police and filed a report. I know they have also been found in many other area gas stations and this is extremely frustrating as an owner. We do try to keep our pumps and car wash functioning to the best of our ability and sincerely appreciate all of the loyal customers who support our efforts in keeping fuel available in our small town. The internet has been down all afternoon at K-4 Fuel. Credit cards will not work at the pump but our store cards do still work. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If there is an emergency need for fuel please call 620.513.8240 and we can help you right away.

This morning a debit/credit card was turned in to us belonging to “ CHELSEA ROCHA “. It must have been dropped at our gas pumps and someone was kind enough to turn it in to us. If anyone knows Chelsea please let her know we have it!! Thank you!
