2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV Premier (gray)

The 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV is the low-cost full electric vehicle we've all been waiting for. You can drive a Bolt more than 200 miles on a single charge, which is double the range of most rivals. Plus, it's functional, more spacious inside than it looks, and fun to drive. It currently has 60,032 miles. This is my personal vehicle/daily driver so the mileage will increase.

The Chevrolet Bolt EV has no need for a gasoline engine because it gets around range anxiety another way: It has a humongous battery. In technical terms, its capacity is 60 kilowatt-hours (kWh), but all you really need to know is the Bolt EV will go more than 200 miles on a full charge. The EPA's official estimate is 238 miles. That's Tesla territory.

The Bolt EV is an all-electric four-door hatchback that is offered in just two trim levels: LT and Premier. The standard features on the Premier includes: 17-inch alloy wheels, xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, a rearview camera, and keyless ignition and entry. Inside, you'll find height-adjustable leather seats, 60/40-split folding rear seats, a configurable gauge cluster display, automatic climate control, a 10.2-inch touchscreen, OnStar, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and a seven-speaker Bose premium audio system with two USB ports.

The following are included: the Comfort and Convenience package, which consists of heated front seats, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. The Driver Confidence I package brings in blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors. Another noteworthy option is a cargo area floor cover for extra storage capability.

You'll also get cargo roof rails, ambient interior lighting, heated rear seats, a center rear armrest, a top-down parking camera system and an upgraded, camera-based rearview mirror.

Premier options include the Infotainment package, which has a seven-speaker Bose audio system, wireless smartphone charging and two charge-only USB ports for rear seat passengers. There's also the Driver Confidence II package, which consists of a forward collision warning system with pedestrian detection and low-speed automatic emergency braking, a lane departure warning and intervention system, automatic high-beam headlamps and the DC fast charging capability, which allows the car to use SAE Combo 400-volt Level 3 charge stations that can fill the battery to 80 percent in little more than an hour.

The tires are brand new Michelin Green X self-sealing tires installed May 2020. Front and rear tinted windows (50% front, 20% rear), two sets of key fobs and the Chevrolet bow tie emblems upgraded to black vs original gold color. Original Level one 12-Volt charger also included. This car has great service history, excellent commuter car and it won’t last long at this price.

Registration is good through December 2022 and the carpool lane stickers are good through January 1, 2023.

Folsom Lake Chevrolet did a full HV battery swap in March 2022 and it now has a brand new battery. New range is now 259 miles at 100% charge.

2002 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition 3.7L 4x4 (blue) (**SOLD**)

The 2002 Jeep Liberty is athletic both on- and off-road. In terms of refinement, ride comfort and overall performance, it's far ahead of the Cherokee. Jeep Liberty, like all Jeeps, is designed as a true off-roader with short front and rear overhangs and a full 8 inches of suspension travel. Liberty also boasts "Uniframe" construction, which is said to be lighter and stronger than traditional body-on-frame designs and this one only has 100,941 low miles.

There's room for four inside (five in a pinch), with satin aluminum accents on the center stack and steering wheel and chrome-ringed black-on-white gauges. A-pillar grab handles are provided to assist entry and exit, and two handy power points are located in the dash. A full-size spare is hung on the nifty rear cargo door, which features a patented single-action swing-gate/flipper-glass system. The swing gate opens from the curb-side of the vehicle for safe, convenient loading. Some 31.2 cubic feet of cargo space is available behind the Liberty's 35/65 split-folding rear seat, 68.7 cubic feet when the rear seat is folded down. Tie-down hooks and grocery bag hooks are included.

Multi-stage front airbags that deploy according to seatbelt usage and crash severity come standard, and side-impact airbag head-and-torso curtains for both front and rear passengers are available. What's more, Liberty's roof strength has been engineered to exceed federal crush standards by up to 90 percent in case of a rollover accident. All models have antilock brakes with electronic brake-force distribution. Off-roaders will be pleased to know that the ABS system is automatically defeated when operating in the 4WD Low range, and is also designed to re**rd false activation on bumpy surfaces, such as those nasty washboard dirt and gravel roads.

Two trim levels are offered, Sport and Limited, for buyers who wish to play or just be pampered. Rather, Liberty is designed as a go-anywhere Jeep first and a suburban grocery-getter second.

With mini-SUVs getting more car-like all the time and losing off-road capability in the process, the Jeep seems the perfect choice for an affordable small SUV that can do it all, rain or shine. If the build quality is there and Liberty launches without multiple recalls or major component failures (unlike the '99 Grand Cherokee), it should prove a winner. The tires are in great condition and are Michelin X Radial LT2 , brand new spark plugs, brand new air conditioning compressor and recharge, brand new car battery (07/19), new hood struts (hold hood open) completed a fresh synthetic oil change and smog. Registration is good through November 2020.

There are a few paint oxidation issues on the hood, roof and beside the third brake light on the tailgate. Factory rims have a little curb damage and the driver side passenger door molding is barely lifted. The rear window wiper is a little rusted. See pictures at the end for them.

Even with the small issues and low mileage for a 17yr old SUV, this car has great service history and it won’t last long at this price.

2001 Mazda Tribute ES-V6 4wd (white)(**SOLD**)

The Mazda Tribute ES-V6 combines a car-like ride and handling with the ability to go in the snow and tote up to five passengers with a healthy amount of their luggage. This one only has 74,381 low miles. The EPA estimates the 2001 Tribute V6 will return 18 mpg city/24 mpg highway and can tow up to 3,500 pounds when properly equipped.

Three trim levels are available DX, LX and ES with either front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The standard features on this high-end Mazda Tribute ES includes: 16-alloy wheels, dark-tinted glass and a remote keyless entry system, leather seats, cruise control, in-dash cassette player, cargo net, alarm system, fog lights, height-adjustable driver's seat, cargo cover and a reclining, split-folding rear seat, power driver's seat, an overhead storage console, side-impact airbags, a 190-watt sound system with a six-disc in-dash CD changer and a moon roof.

The tires are in great condition and are Primewell Valera HT, completed a fresh oil change, A/C was serviced and a new master brake cylinder replaced. This car has great service history, super low miles for its age and it won’t last long at this price.

There is only one key (no remote fob), small paint scratches near the driver side fog light, center console has a small tear and about a six inch crack in the middle of the windshield (doesn’t affect the driver or passenger view. 2011 Toyota Prius IV (white)(**SOLD**)

When it comes to high fuel economy, plenty of versatility and a reasonable price, the Toyota Prius cannot be beat and this one only has 92,783 low miles. The EPA estimates the 2011 Prius will return a very impressive 51 mpg city/48 highway and 50 mpg combined.

The 2011 Toyota Prius is available in five trim levels: Prius One (I), Prius Two (II), Prius Three (III), Prius Four (IV) and Prius Five (V). The open recall is a hybrid software update that has been by Folsom Lake Toyota on 06/06/2019 (see last picture).

The tires are like-new Toyo Eclipse’s with four brand new TPMS (tire-pressure monitor system), fresh synthetic oil changed, new front brakes and rotors, a new infotainment display installed and will come with two sets of Toyota factory key fobs. This car has great service history and it won’t last long at this price.

2014 Honda Odyssey Touring (tri-coat white)(**SOLD**)

The 2014 Honda Odyssey is a top pick for minivans thanks to its versatile interior, long list of features and engaging driving dynamics.
