I strongly recommend you use other tire centers than Tire Discounters on Route 4 in Springdale, OH. We took my Rogue in to get a tire fixed that went flat and told them we purchased the road hazard warranty. Jake told us that if it was over a year, they had no way of finding it. I knew he was lying. I told Allen to leave it anyway and we went to breakfast. As soon as we got in the car, I called the Colerain shop and was told that was a lie and he gave me my information. If you know me, you know I absolutely hate a liar! I called Mr. Jake and told him that he lied to me and I will not pay them to fix my tire. Tried to tell me that each stores system was different which I again told him he was lying. He called me back and said nothing was wrong with my tire. They double checked and tire and stem were fine. I was told I needed new $180.00 brake pads. OMG...this guy was stupid to think I would believe him. I told him to park my car and we would be back to get it. Took it to Michael Tire in Forest Park this morning. They found the hole right away in my tire. Very nice people. They checked everything out and no need for brake pads! Only thing they said is my battery may only have one or two more winters in it, but it is good now. Allen has done business with Tire Discounters for years. NEVER AGAIN! Jake from State Farm may be a good guy, but Jake from Tire Discounters is a rip off!
