Teamwork makes the dream work...

If you want a reconditioned Piggyback working for you in January, October is when that conversation starts. 🗓️

A reconditioned unit doesn't come off a shelf. Every machine gets torn down and built back up, and what it needs on the way through is what sets the timeline.

🔧 Stripped down to the frame
🔩 Every hydraulic hose replaced, no exceptions
⚙️ Wear parts replaced and the machine brought back to spec

Your air tanks have been collecting water all summer. 💧

Once overnight temperatures drop, that water can freeze in a valve and keep your brakes from releasing.

Draining the tanks each night helps, though a worn air dryer will keep putting moisture back in.

It's time to have your air system checked before the first freeze: https://www.beamerspb.com/contact-and-directions/

Anybody whose Piggyback has started doing one of these:

🔧 Stalling halfway up with a full pallet on the forks
⚙️ Chattering or hanging on the way back down
🔋 Needing a jump on the first cold morning

It's time to schedule a repair: https://www.beamerspb.com/contact-and-directions/

Knowing exactly how much room your Piggyback leaves you to haul makes spec'ing your next truck a lot easier. So how much room do you actually have? 📊

It's National Manufacturing Day. Around here that means a normal Friday, plus a post about it. 🔧

Manufacturing touches everything this country does. The truck you drove in today, the load on the back of it, the building you parked next to. Somebody built all of it first.

So thanks to the people who make it happen. It's a good day to be doing this work.
