We are excited to announce that we have officially integrated the phone systems between our sales lot and warehouse/service departments to better assist all of our customers and improve communication company-wide.
Effective immediately, ALL customers should contact our MAIN LINE:

From there:
🔧 Collision & Service Customers will be transferred to EXT. 1400 for:
• Scheduling service appointments
• Collision repair appointments
• Vehicle service updates & follow-ups
• Questions regarding current repairs or work orders
• General service department assistance

The main line is our SALES DEPARTMENT line. Sales associates are only able to assist with vehicle sales, financing, and inventory questions. They are NOT able to schedule service appointments, provide repair updates, quote repair pricing, or handle collision/service matters directly.
All service, collision, warehouse, scheduling, and repair-related questions MUST be transferred to EXT. 1400 for assistance.
