We are excited to announce that we have officially integrated the phone systems between our sales lot and warehouse/service departments to better assist all of our customers and improve communication company-wide.

🔧 Collision & Service Customers will be transferred to EXT. 1400 for:
• Scheduling service appointments
• Collision repair appointments
• Vehicle service updates & follow-ups
• Questions regarding current repairs or work orders
• General service department assistance

⚠️ DISCLAIMER:
The main line is our SALES DEPARTMENT line. Sales associates are only able to assist with vehicle sales, financing, and inventory questions. They are NOT able to schedule service appointments, provide repair updates, quote repair pricing, or handle collision/service matters directly.

All service, collision, warehouse, scheduling, and repair-related questions MUST be transferred to EXT. 1400 for assistance.

This updated system is designed to improve organization, communication, and response times for all customers.

If your vehicle has been repossessed, our sales associates are ONLY able to collect the full payment required for release of the vehicle. They cannot adjust repo fees, waive fees, or accept partial payments.

If you are asking for repo fees to be waived or requesting to make a half/partial payment, the answer is NO. Please come prepared with the full required amount to avoid delays.
