This is the aftermath of the moving truck losing its brakes coming down Grand Avenue !!!

Due to a moving truck yesterday (May 4th) that lost it brakes coming down Grand Avenue and subsequently flipping on its side striking a phone pole that snapped the fiber optic connection which in turn took out our phone line and internet connection. The service was supposed to be restored last night but didn't happen. As of 12:15 today (May 5th) Altafiber has finally arrived and are working on it so hopefully we should have phone service in the near future. If you wish to communicate with us call us at (513) 615-3210. Luckily nobody was seriously hurt because it could've turned out a lot worse. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you to all the customers that take the time to leave Google Reviews to let us know that we're providing our customers with 5 star customer service (which is our goal with every customer) and in some cases where we fell short of our 5 star customer service goal so we can work to improve our customer service with each and every customer interaction.
