Terrible customer service. Made a deal with Landon, and was driving to sign the paperwork (2.5 hour drive). He sold the car out from under me while I was driving to sign the paperwork. Texted me when I was 20 minutes away to let me know. Will NEVER do business with them again!
We are amazed at the customer service provided by the staff at Beechmont Toyota! As we waited for a technician to diagnose an issue with our vehicle, we spoke with multiple employees. The employees were beyond helpful, and genuinely cared about myself, my husband, and our infant daughter! We mostly had the pleasure of working with Mary and Tony, but we also spoke with Bob while we waited! Thank you for your quick and efficient service, amazing hospitality, and genuine kindness! It is very appreciated!

Wow! What a wonderful surprise this morning. Decided to join the very long line at Starbucks this morning. Haven't been there since we started quarantine. I noticed a man standing in the Toyota lot but watching the Starbucks line. Was kinda confused by what he was doing but figured he was just out getting some air. As I went to pay, the Starbucks employee said that my coffee had been paid for by the man in the parking lot! I rolled down my window and said "Thanks, but why?". He just shrugged his shoulders and then said "Thanks for buying a Toyota!" 🙂 I pulled into the Toyota lot and talked with a couple of the salesmen who said they felt like buying coffees today so I thanked them too. THANK YOU BEECHMONT TOYOTA! Happy that we are Beechmont Toyota customers!
I just bought my third Toyota in the last 15 years from Paul McGreevy at Beechmont Toyota! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people that work there. I have always had great interactions with the sales, finance and service staff. Paul has always gone out of his way to help me find exactly what I want. I was recently involved in accident that totaled my 2012 Camry Hybrid that I purchased from Beechmont. I no longer live in Cincinnati, but Paul was still the first person I called, and he made it 100% worth the drive to buy another car from him and Beechmont! Thanks!
My mistake for going to the dealer in the first place for servicing. I came in July, 2018 to get issues with my car starting fixed. They replaced the starter for $800 (double what you can get anywhere else for less quality work). Upon coming back in to pick up my car it still would not start so they had to replace a few valves for even more money to get it to work.
Fast forward to September, 2019 and I had issues starting my car again and foolishly brought it back to the dealer. I knew the battery was still good but after going through their basic checklist rather than using any reasonable amount of critical thinking to solve the problem, they determined it was the battery causing the issue. Within the day, after they replaced the battery, I had the same issue as previously with starting my car.
Finally wising up I went to Firestone to see if they could diagnose the issue and it turned out to be a bad starter (the one Toyota had just put in July, 2018). They also assured me that if Toyota would not do the right thing and replace it for free then they could take care of it for $500 (still a bit expensive given the part and labor but a lot less than $800) with a 24 month warranty.
I called the servicing group at this location today and they made it clear that the parts and labor were no longer under warranty and I would again have to shell out more money for a part that has lifetime warranty if you buy from any auto part provider.
This place represents poor quality, high prices, and horrible coverage for when they inevitably make a mistake. DO NOT GO HERE! There are much better options available. Learn from my mistakes interacting with this company and especially this dealer.

I am convinced now that Beechmont Toyota is a good dealership and will try to resolve a problem if one arises in the purchase of a car. Many people might have seen my posts about a used car purchase that I made there and how dissatisfied I was. I have to say please ignore those posts and heed this one about how satisfied with the deal, the car and the care that I and my family was given! They are a truly responsible dealership selling good cars to the public. The 2019 Corolla that was purchased is remarkable along with the staff of Beechmont Toyota!
