Joseph Toyota is closely following the CDC guidelines and recommendations, as well as our Governor’s and Mayor’s press conferences, on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. We have shared specific instructions with our staff on the importance of washing their hands properly and staying home if they feel sick or have been exposed to others that have been sick. Additionally, they have been asked to stay home if they have traveled in from an area that has been determined to pose a high risk to exposure to the virus.

We have always had sanitizer throughout the dealership and have added more product to entrances and areas throughout the store. We also recently contracted to do a regular state of the art electrostatic disinfection of our entire facility that not only kills Coronavirus but Norovirus, Rhinovirus (the cause of most common cold’s), H1N1 and many more bacterium.

Additionally we have increased our cleaning regime with staff continuously wiping down hard surfaces, desks, counter tops and all high touch services several times a day and in between each customer interaction.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do what is ever necessary to protect you and our employees. This shall pass, but in the meantime we will be here open and ready to handle all of your automotive needs that you have entrusted to us over the years.

In reference to this, we have extended our service and parts hours on Thursday until 8pm starting 3/19- 4/9. If it becomes necessary to accommodate more customers we will expand hours on other days in the future.

Getting my car serviced this morning.
Well, they asked me to post something about my visit so here it goes. I brought my Tundra in for a free oil change. I get oil changes for 4 years or 45k whichever comes first. I was told I did not have anymore since the truck was over 30k. Bob ( I think he is the service manager?) was very kind person and did find where I was covered until 45k and agreed to do the change but later advised me that since I bought the Tundra from Toyota in the South East group they would not honor anymore and I would have to pay for future changes. I dont blame Bob, but I do blame Joseph Toyota. This is just wrong on so many levels. So since I bought the truck in Georgia I am getting hosed. This sort of thing would never happen at FORD. I had an F150 for 20 years and never had these sort of problems with the Ford dealership. Make sure you think about this before you buy a Toyota as the promises they make are no good even when they are in print on your sales paperwork!!!!!

I Came Here To Get A New Ignition && A New Key Because My Car Was Stolen. I Paid $200 For A New Key && $300 For A New Ignition So They Told Me. Come To Find Out They Didn’t Give Me A New Ignition && The Person Who Stole My Car Was Able To Come Back, Get Into My Car && Move It Again. This Place Is A Lie && They Took Money For Something I Didn’t Receive.

I would not recommend to purchase a car from these people who scammed myself and my son with a car that supposedly was ran through and inspection the transmission is out of it that windshield is cracked amongst other things they refused to help they refused to return the Car do not purchase from these people!!!!!! Day will tell you they will do everything possible to help you and not scam you repeat do not buy from these people!!
I have purchased from Joseph Toyota all my past and present cars. I wouldn't want to deal with any other dealer. I just had some service done on my Scion XB. It was fast and always a pleasant experience thanks to Mr. Nash. He's terrific!

It’s a long story, but basically the back latch (on my 2013 Prius hatchback door) was broken. It was not noticeably broken, it opened and shut just as it should. But, apparently, the problem was communicating to the car’s computer that the door was open. Therefore, the 12 V battery ran continuously. I originally replaced the battery (2 months ago) using AAA services. They charged $210 for the battery and no installation fee. When my car died again, I had it towed to Joseph Chevrolet, where I have always gotten my car serviced. The service attendant looked me up on the computer but failed to see that I had an extended warranty of six years or 72,000 miles - it was still in effect. He told me the latch would cost $500 and the battery $205. With labor, the total cost would be $800. Seeing no alternative I agree. I called him a couple of times to confirm that the door latch cost $500! I felt I had no alternative and agreed to the service. He then asked if I had an extended warranty and, to tell you the truth, I didn’t remember whether I had one or not. He checked the computer and said I did. So, first of all he should have checked that when I came in originally. The latch would be covered but not the battery and that he would have to add some labor (I assumed for battery installation. The cost of the battery was $224. When I picked up the car my bill was $349.67. I complain to the same service attendant, and then asked to see the service manager. They both told me to call customer relations if I did not agree. I paid the $349 67, Went home and called the number they had given me. The young man who answered my call was very professional, took down my information, repeated it to me to make sure he had it correctl went home and called the number they had given me. That was on Thursday. On Monday I had not heard so I called back (I had been a case #, so they were able to access my information, and said I needed to talk to the main service manager at the dealer. They gave me her name and I called her. She was very short, said they were not changing the charge. I told her I was a loyal customer and I was not happy. She said she would look into it and call me back the next day (Tuesday). It’s been over a week and I have heard nothing. Very dissatisfied – feeling ignored - feeling as if i’ve been taken advantage of. I’m going to call her back, but have not yet. Also, I feel I should not of been charge for the battery anyway because of my warranty and the fact that the latch, which was covered, was the sole cause that the battery went dead. I feel as if I should not have been charged anything. My extended warranty was in effect.
Always professional and prompt Check to make sure I’m ready to have my automobile on the road ( do extra safety checks ) they have gained my trust over the years. Ole, did I mention I only drive and purchase TOYOTA and always from Joesph!
