I came in over the weekend to test drive a used Suburban and I worked with Josh and Brandon in the used car department. They were both very helpful and honest. I did not purchase the vehicle since it was not quite right for me, but I was very impressed with their service and willingness to work with me!
Can I see a 2022 Encore?
Back in 1975, we, (my first husband) bought a brand new white Buick Stinger, with the Stinger logo down both sides of the car, we actually bought it off none other then Marge Schott and Schottzie themselves in her office on Montgomery Road. I have no pics of it, lost that in the divorce and have looked everywhere on the net for any pics I could find. Can you please help with some old pics of the car if you have any?????? Thanks, Jeanie
We were trying to buy a dodge Challenger that the "ASKING" price was $32,395.. our offer was $32,000 we were strung along for about a week, our sales guy said he would take our offer to the general manager, after numerous text and phone calls, we were told that the "General manager has a buddy that was going to buy the car,, I asked why wasn't I told that a week ago?? they said they were keeping me stringing along just in case the other deal fell through. we were done extremely dirty!!! they didn't care at all . I don't know of any used car dealership that won't take off $395 . buyer beware!!
Not being used yet but once it is it will be a work horse all the way up north in Watertown New York!

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle from the beginning! I was a little out of my element considering my situation was different. Usually when purchasing a new vehicle you have plenty of time to research and look but I had been involved in an accident that unfortunately left me without a vehicle and I was running out of time with my rental. Their website was extremely user friendly, I was able to view their inventory online and narrow down my search on my time when it was convenient for me. They contacted me first thing in the morning and had the vehicles I was interested in ready and waiting for me to look at and test drive when I arrived. Ken Ulrich, my sales guy was great! I never felt pressured. He was informative and friendly! He made me feel comfortable through out. When it came to the financial part which I usually dread, Robert delivered the same great customer service! It was quick and easy. I work in a service field and it was nice to see that they deliver the best customer service!!! I would highly recommend Borcherding for your next vehicle and definitely ask for Ken!!! I'm giving 5 stars but it was even better than that!!!!
