Fuller Ford is hiring for a Parts Department warehouse position. Job responsibilities include: receiving and stocking daily parts orders, pulling and prepping sales orders for pickup and delivery, writing credits, creating claims and handling additional paperwork in the department. Although an entry level job, individuals illustrating hard work and ambition will be able to learn the entire Parts Department, and eventually advance to the parts counter or wholesale positions.

Fuller Ford is centrally located in Downtown Cincinnati, has one of the largest Parts Departments in Ohio, and has been around since 1965. Our Parts Department boasts a nearly $2.7 million dollar inventory, and services customers locally as well as West Virginia, Columbus, Dayton, Indiana, Lexington and Louisville.

Fuller Ford is hiring for a Service Department service advisor position. On the job training will be provided, so no experience is necessary! (We are also open to recent high school/college graduates and can offer part time hours until graduation if needed). Job responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, greeting customers and preparing their work orders, working as a liaison between the technician and the customer, explaining the necessary repairs and cost, billing and invoicing, and warranty processing. Although no prior experience is necessary, applicants will need to have good customer service and communication skills, be able to multitask, and perform well in a fast- paced environment.

Fuller Ford is centrally located in Downtown Cincinnati, has one of the largest and most reputable Service Departments in the Tristate, and has been around since 1965. Our Service Department is a perennial leader in customer service scores, our employee turnover is very low, and we have an enormous customer base whose loyalty keeps the shop continuously busy.

Fuller Ford is now hiring for a Parts Delivery Driver position. Job requirements include: punctuality, a clean driving record, and an ability to work well with others. It is imperative that our drivers are a friendly and helpful representative of Fuller Ford, while at the same time being efficient and time conscious at their stops.

The position starts at $18.42 per hour in addition to two retirement plans (Pension & 401K), paid vacation, paid holidays, and individual health insurance premium covered at 100%. Current 401K match is 25% under 10 years of service – 50% over 10 years of service up to the current federal limit. (Limit for 2022 is $20,500).
