I just wanted to say that Tracie Owens is the best sales woman ever! She was absolutely amazing during our purchasing process. She made sure I was able to get the van I wanted. She has the best personality. If I hear anyone looking for a vehicle she is who I'm sending them to.

I took my 2014 ram 1500 in for some recalls .... They said I had 6 .... So I told them while its in the shop could you look at the check engine light .... ( its been on for a few months ) So The call and tell me its $ 120 to figure out why he engine light is on .... I asked if any of the 6 recalls or cpu upgrades would fix the engine light code ? The gal ( catlin ) I think explained I owned them for checking it already ....So I have to pay no matter what ? I asked why wouldnt you do the upgrades ( I got a letter in the mail tellin me to bring it to a dealer ) first & see if that fixs the code problem ? She said to me ( Im not a tech ) I dont know that answer ....Anyway when i got my truck back they said the upgrades fixed the codes .... But I owe them for a dia-fee for looking at it .... Seems like this is a little dishonest .... I had a letter saying I needed to bring my ram truck to a dealer for the free upgrades .... So why was I charged for the upgrades that they did .... Very dis honest service imo ....
Interesting service experience. Wednesday (9/13/18) had the front brakes replaced because they were pulsating on my 2012 Town and Country van. Drove the van to Philadelphia yesterday. The brakes pulsate worse now than before the service. This morning I called the service advisor to tell her to note the problem in the vehicle service record. When I return home in September I plan on taking the van back in for service. The service advisor told me I need better quality disk than the pair they sold me. She seem to be inferring they knowingly installed defective brake discs. I don't think the mechanic did a road check after the installation. If he did, he would have noticed the pulsating as it is that noticeable. The service advisor implied I knew what I was getting into by staying with the so-called "value line" brakes. Her attitude was that is was my problem not hers. I have purchased three vans from this dealership. Until this experience, I have been satisfied. Apparently I am now an irritation in the service department for expecting repairs to be correct. Creates a terrible image for Kings. Soon we will be looking to purchase a new van. This experience makes me hesitant about buying it from Kings.
Made a 3hr drive to Kings and picked up a new 17 300S Alloy edition. Great people to deal with and nice inventory. Thank you very much!
