🎃 HALLOWEEN BASH RULES & REMINDERS 👻

🌦️ RAIN OR SHINE! October 17th 6-9pm (Floating)
We’re hoping the rain clears by late evening! Dress for the weather and expect wet or muddy ground.
🚗 PARKING & TRAFFIC
• Park in the field area only.
• Vehicles participating in trunk-or-treat will park near the barn.
• Absolutely NO driving through the RV area during the event.
• Event guests are not permitted on the tent side of the lake.
🧡 ALCOHOL-FREE EVENT
We are family operated, and this is a family event. No alcohol, please!
🪑 BRING A CHAIR
We’ll have a few picnic tables available. Bring camp chairs if you plan to relax, visit, or sit around the fires.
☕ HOT DRINKS & CARNIVAL GAMES
Grounds for Adventure will have their coffee camper set up selling hot drinks and passing out candy! You’ll also find carnival-style games near the barn.
🍬 TRICK-OR-TREAT ROUTE
Start at the trunks near the barn, then follow the signs around the RV and cabin sites. Visit participating sites only, and respect campers’ privacy.
👻 SPOOKY MAZE
The maze opens after dark!
• Walk—no running or pushing.
• Do not touch or move decorations.
• Do not touch, grab, or chase volunteers.
• Follow all posted signs and volunteer instructions.
🐾 PETS
• Pets must remain leashed and under your control.
• Only bring pets comfortable around crowds, costumes, and excited children.
• Please clean up after your pets.
• Ask the owner before approaching or petting a dog.
👨👩👧 CHILDREN & SAFETY
• Children must stay with a parent or responsible adult.
• Stay away from the lake’s edge, docks, and boats during the event.
• Keep a safe distance from fires. Only designated helpers may add wood or tend fires.
• Bring a flashlight for walking after dark.
🗑️ RESPECT THE CAMPGROUND
Please use trash cans and help keep the grounds clean. Treat our property, campers, volunteers, and fellow guests with kindness.
This is a FREE event for our guests and community! Our helpers are volunteers and campers giving their time to make it special. Please be patient and respectful.
Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in being asked to leave.
