We had the unique opportunity to do a special towing job of a plane that had landed unexpectedly in a farm field last week. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The plane needed to slowly get back to its hanger in New Holstein. We had a police es**rt making sure intersections were clear. Thank you to the neighbors where the plane landed for recommending Jigger's Auto Repair, Towing & Recovery to the pilot to get this job done safely and affordably. We appreciate it!

Racing season is upon us! We are track sponsors for both Gravity Park USA and Plymouth Speedway again this year. We'll have some chances to win tickets to these local dirt tracks and would love to see our customers at Chilton on Friday nights and Plymouth on Saturday nights. Here's a throwback picture of Jigger back in the day at WIR during his racing days.

With Blizzard Elsa in the rear view mirror, we finally have a minute to give a shout out to everyone who called us for help last weekend. We appreciate our employees, our customers, this community, law enforcement and snow plow drivers more than you know.

Five years ago people thought we were crazy trying to add heavy duty towing services to an area that was not near an interstate. Every day, that is proven wrong. Last weekend was the ultimate test. We lost count of the number of semis and heavy duty vehicles that we winched out of the ditch to get back on the road. Sometimes the same truck more than once. Sometimes 4 trucks within the same 2 mile stretch of road...at the same time......Each waited an hour or two when they might have otherwise waited most of the day and blocking the roads for all travelers.

The list of light duty winchouts after the tow ban was lifted kept us busy well into Wednesday.

We are happy to provide this service to the community that we live in and ready for spring to be right around the corner!

Calumet County has issued a tow ban. If you end up in the ditch, you can not be pulled out so please stay home and off the roads. If you are in the ditch and find someone to come and get you, leave the keys and call us to get on the list.

We get calls all the time asking for a 'rotator', which is a piece of equipment that we haven't yet invested in. However, 90% of the time, our two heavies can get the job done just as safely and efficiently and for a more reasonable price. Yesterday we loaded a container for transport using both heavies. Give us a call for all of your light, medium and heavy duty towing jobs!
