My goal is ALWAYS to help make each of my Arrington Camper Rental & Transport Services guests feel at “home” & have an experience that they enjoy. I recently received a complaint from a guest about my lack of items offered in their rental, which I do believe they overlooked; however, the one thing they voiced was lack of coffee filters (which I earlier mentioned that I didn’t provide; however it was to the spouse. Things often forget to be relayed. I recognize that). I’ll admit, I strive for PERFECTION & aim to please as much as I can… I genuinely want to accommodate each of my guests to the best of my ability.
IF you rent a vacation rental for any length of time, from a weekend to a week, what would you expect to be provided by your host? Please give me your feedback as I have been working incredibly hard to ensure I go the extra mile to make my guests experience the best it can possibly be. If I should be doing anything different, by all means I am absolutely open to the suggestions for me to consider providing.
Currently I provide:
- Bedrooms:
*Bed linens, with the exception of pillows. I feel we all have different comfort levels & it’s a personal item that I can’t properly sanitize.
- Kitchen:
*Pots, pans & a cookie sheet
*Cooking utensils & can opener
*Silverware
*Knives
*6 plates, 6 bowls & 6 cups
*At least 1 cutting board
*Colander
*Toaster
*Standard coffee pot. I do not provide filters. Each guest their preference, i.e. organic.
*Dish strainer with freshly washed drying mat.
*2-3 washcloths
*NEW pot scrubbing pad
*Dish soap
*Trash bags
- Bathroom(s):
*Toilet paper
***GUESTS provide bath linens simply because when I did they’d disappear every time. They’re not cheap to buy new for everyone every time.***
- Cleaning:
*Clorox wipes
*Broom
*Swifter mop
*Swifter cleaner wet-mop pads
*Some units include a small vacuum; however, most campers do NOT have carpet.
I’m thankful for any recommendations that y’all might have…
