TWO PVMHS SELLERS. TWO HOMES. TWO SIMULTANEOUS CLOSINGS! 🏡🏡🙌
And the story behind 37 Grouse Dr is exactly why we say you don’t really know what a company is made of until something goes WRONG.
This deal didn’t fall apart once…
IT FELL APART TWICE. 😳
The first time, literally ONE DAY BEFORE CLOSING.
We put it back together, kept pushing and got all the way back to the finish line again…
Then the SECOND deal fell apart THE DAY OF CLOSING…AT THE CLOSING TABLE! 🤯
Imagine being our seller, Danny.
He had already packed up his entire life and moved his belongings into U-Hauls TWICE, only to have to unload everything and bring it all back when the deals didn’t close.
Twice.
But here’s what we’re most proud of…
DANNY STAYED POSITIVE AND PVMHS NEVER STOPPED WORKING. 💪
No excuses. No throwing our hands up. No giving up because two deals had fallen apart at the absolute worst possible moment.
WE GOT BACK TO WORK.
And that VERY SAME DAY, we found buyer #3!
Tony was READY, WILLING AND ABLE to buy the home THAT NIGHT! 🏡🔑
Tony was pre-approved, and with the help of Gary Manyak, Manager at Priority Funding, we immediately went to work putting the pieces together one more time.
And this time?
⚡️EXACTLY 14 DAYS LATER…WE CLOSED! ⚡️
THAT is GRIT.
It’s a seller refusing to get discouraged after packing his entire life into U-Hauls TWICE.
It’s our team refusing to quit after TWO deals collapsed at the finish line.
It’s having the relationships and resources to find another qualified buyer THE SAME DAY.
And it’s professionals working together to take a buyer from pre-approval to CLOSED in exactly 14 days! 💪
A huge shoutout to Gary Manyak at Priority Funding for jumping in and helping us get Tony across the finish line so quickly. 🤝
And we also want to give a quick shoutout to Erica Rindels of Lock and Key Realty, who brought us one of the previous buyers. Although that particular buyer ultimately didn’t make it to the finish line, Erica was outstanding to work WITH throughout the process. 🤝
She was even a good sport and jumped in for a picture with us! 😁 We appreciate agents who communicate, cooperate and work together to try to get the job done. We’re sure Erica and PVMHS will lock one up together in the future! 🔐🏡

We were simultaneously closing another PVMHS seller at:
