When a customer comes in they are greeted by one of our knowledgeable office team members that will listen and then discuss the service scheduled for the day. cialties to ensure exceptional work. While the service is being completed customers can wait in the spacious waiting room and enjoy free coffee, Wifi, TV and or play games on android tablets. A big thank you to our customers who showed up yesterday for Customer Appreciation Day! We are nothing without you and truly appreciate your business.

We committed to donating 5% of our proceeds to the Shriners cranial helmet project, and since we believe in the cause so much, we decided to throw in a little more — resulting in a $1,000 donation from our shop.

Celebrating 4+ Decades of Community & Caring! 🛠️💙

For over 40 years, we’ve been incredibly blessed to keep your vehicles safe and on the road. To say "thank you" for your amazing patronage, we are hosting a Customer Appreciation Day at Brad's Service Center on Wednesday, July 22nd!

Supporting a Cause Close to Our Hearts 🤝

We are also using this special day to support a massive goal that means the world to our team. 5% of all proceeds from the entire day will be donated directly to the Melha Shriners Cranial Remolding Helmet Project. The goal is to provide life-changing helmets for 50 kids!

This project is incredibly important to us because our very own Emily in the office has a deep personal connection to it—her mother, Jodi, is the First Lady of the Melha Shriners and is leading this beautiful, annual initiative to help children in need.

Donations accepted ALL MONTH: While 5% of daily proceeds will be donated on the 22nd, you can stop by and make a donation via cash boxes or add it to your service bill at any time this month!

Many of you know (the incomparable) Emily from our office — her Dad, Matthew, is the President of Melha Shriners for 2026, and her Mom, Jodi, is the First Lady!

We are proud to share that Jodi is leading this year's fundraising project for Melha Shriners to provide cranial remolding helmets for children in need. These helmets treat conditions that are highly manageable with early intervention, but can be financially out of reach for many families. The goal is to raise enough to provide 50 helmets at $2,000 each.

Throughout July, we'll have a donation box at the front counter and can also accept credit card donations. On July 22nd, we're hosting a Customer Appreciation Day and donating a percentage of the day's proceeds to the cause. Every little bit helps — we hope you'll join us!
