The staff at Factory Direct Homes would like to extend a very special thank you to Larry and Corrine Wilson.
Larry and Corrine purchased their forever home with us, and Kaden M. had the pleasure of being their salesperson. Not only did they enjoy working with Kaden, but this project was especially meaningful as one of his first since joining our sales team. While Kaden is new to Factory Direct Homes, he brings years of experience in manufactured housing—something Corrine shared she truly appreciated.
She noted that no matter the question, Kaden always took the time to listen and provide thorough, thoughtful answers. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he made sure to find it and follow up—every time.
Today, we had the honor of visiting their beautiful property to deliver the keys to their new home. While some exterior work is still in progress—using wood Larry is milling himself from trees on his land—the craftsmanship and vision already on display are truly impressive.
Thank you again, Larry and Corrine, for the trust you placed in us and for the patience and grace you showed throughout the process. We know building a home can be stressful, and you were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We wish you many happy years in your new home!
