"WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DIAGNOSTIC?"

Some people wonder why they should have to pay for check engine light diagnostic. Don't we just read the code and it tells us what to replace? Unfortunately alot of time that is not the case. In the case of this customer's vehicle they had an erratic temperature gauge and engine overheating message which puts the vehicle in reduced engine power. The code would lead you to believe the coolant temperature sensor is bad but in this case it was simply a tiny rub hole in the sensor signal wire where it has been rubbing on the alternator housing over an extended period of time and finally grounding the wire. The many years of training, a stong understanding of DTC detection criteria, and keen eye when knowing what to look for is what your paying for.

This is why some A/C repairs cost so much. The part may be cheap but unfortunately you may need to disassemble half the car to replace the part. This customer is thrilled to have the A/C blowing cold again.

When this beautiful 93 Cobra came to us it had amazing potential but needed some maintenance items and performance goodies to make it just flat out awesome. This procharged foxbody is running a Holley Terminator X setup putting power down through a brand new Tremec TKX transmission and aluminum driveshaft. We lowered it just enough to give it that classic stance and help improve handling. We wrapped the original cobra wheels with some Nitto 555 tires which not only adds to the aggressive style but also helps put the power to the ground. With the upgraded performance we opted to optimize the cooling system with an upgraded aluminum radiator, silicon hoses, high flow pump, twin electric fans, and aluminum overflow reservoir. Next we installed a BBK catted Xpipe and some Flowmaster mufflers while also deleting the factory air pump. To wrap it all up we installed a Makers front splitter to tie it all together. This is one bad ass ride and can't wait to get it back in the shop for the next phase of changes.

Sometimes direct injection just isn't enough. Even with ZL1 pumps and injectors we were running out of fuel around 5k rpm @ around 700rwhp. We will be adding this DSX Atlas system along with ID1050x injectors and a Katech Performance in-tank returnless system with controller to this procharged, E85, Methanol 6 Gen.
