HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU FROM ALL OF US HERE AT 1ST CLASS AUTO!!

We just wanted to let you know of some changes that we have made to our business this year because of the high volume of repairs that are being scheduled daily, and also due to the abundance of New Builds, Repairs etc.. that are in our Performance Racing Shop.

We ask that all vehicles be dropped in the morning by 8:00am (or the evening before, for repairs that are scheduled for the next day if that is easier, we do have a night key drop box for your convenience.) and we will contact you when the repairs are completed to let you know that your vehicle is ready for pickup.

We also ask that if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment that you please let us know in advance that you will not be able to keep the appointment time that we have set aside for you, so that we may be able to move on to the next customer in line and not hold up other customers waiting in line for their vehicles, it does take a lot of time out of our day to continually call to see if you are bringing your vehicle in for the repairs that you wanted us to schedule for you.

And as a reminder we are closed everyday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch, there is no one here at the shop to answer calls or questions. If you need help we ask that you call from 8:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 5:00pm normal business hours.

We here at 1st Class Auto want to Thank each and every one of you for the business that you favor us with, but we only have 3 Techs and our days are usually at full capacity, and if there are issues with a vehicle it makes it a lot harder to keep to our schedules and we know that you need your vehicles done and back to you in a timely manner, we are asking that you please help us with these requests to help our business run smoother for your convenience.
