Work hard, play hard! This weekend, our team took advantage of the beautiful weather with a motorcycle ride to Bromley Adventure Park for some fun on the Alpine Slide. The park was a blast, but the real highlight was the ride itself—sunshine, temperatures in the low 70s, and nearly perfect riding weather.

We’re incredibly thankful for our hardworking team and truly appreciate the commitment they show every day to 103 Auto Repair and, most importantly, to our clients.

Meet our shy guy, Rye!

In the shop, Rye’s attention to detail is second to none. He always does more than is asked, is thoughtful, funny, and the kind of teammate who makes everyone around him better.

When he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him wrenching on one of his many projects, driving his rally car, or helping out friends and family because that’s just who he is.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have Rye on our team. He’s humble, considerate, and reminds us every day what it means to make quality personal. Thanks for all you do, Rye!

We're a little overdue on this one, but we're excited to officially introduce JD!

JD joined the 103 Auto Repair team in April as our Quality Control Inspector. His role includes performing quality control checks on every vehicle before it leaves the shop, washing vehicles, completing interior mini-cleans, and jumping in wherever help is needed.

If you've stopped by the shop, you've probably heard JD singing while he works. His positive attitude and cheerful personality make him a great addition to the team, and he's been a huge help since day one.

JD, thank you for everything you do—we're glad to have you on the team!

Our car show on Saturday was a huge success!

It was great to see so many friendly faces, catch up with members of our community, and enjoy all the amazing vehicles that came out for the event.

A special thank you to for the fantastic photos, the Andover Snowmobile Club for providing burgers and hot dogs, and Villagers Ice Cream for generously donating the ice cream. And thank you to rust and ruin for serenading us with such great tunes!

Thanks to everyone's generosity, we were able to raise funds that were donated to the Springfield Humane Society.

Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, volunteered, and helped make this event possible. We truly appreciate the support and look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Today we're celebrating Jacob's 6-year work anniversary!

Over the years, Jacob has continually invested in learning and growing his skills, earning ASE certifications and completing industry training along the way. Just as importantly, he's always willing to share that knowledge and help his teammates succeed.

Jacob's reliability, consistency, and integrity make him an important part of our team and a big part of what we're able to accomplish every day. We're incredibly grateful for all he's contributed over the past six years.

Today we're celebrating with some of his favorite ice cream and a gift card to his favorite store. Happy anniversary, Jacob, and thank you for all you do!
