Today we have a 2017 Infiniti in the shop for an A/C issue.

The customer had previously taken the vehicle to a major name shop not once, but twice, and both times they supposedly repaired the vehicle. Unfortunately, the A/C issue continued.

After the customer returned to the shop again, they were refused further repairs, so they decided to seek another option and contacted Dependable Auto Care LLC.

Once we got the vehicle in, it took about 5 minutes to properly diagnose the actual problem. It took about a week to get the correct parts, but once they arrived, we completed the repair.

Now the A/C is cooling the vehicle the way it should!

This is exactly why proper diagnosis matters.

Two previous repair attempts, yet the actual problem was still there. We didn't guess, throw parts at it, or replace something hoping it would fix the issue. We diagnosed the problem, found the cause, got the correct parts, and fixed it.

Back in the Garage with My 2019 Ram 1500!
Today, we're installing a rear leveling kit to get the truck sitting just right!
It's a little hard to tell through the videos and with the tape measure, but the truck is now sitting level!

Back Again with the 2004 Monte Carlo SS!
We’re back working on the in-laws’ Monte Carlo SS, tackling the front and rear brake systems!
Customer concern: Brake components were heavily corroded, and the caliper slide pins were seized and would not move.
We’re replacing the front and rear brake calipers, rotors, and brake pads to address the corrosion and restore proper brake operation.

2019 Ram 1500 Transmission Service Complete!

Continuing the maintenance on my 2019 Ram 1500, and this time we finished up the transmission service.

The differential service is done, and now the transmission service is complete as well. I’m taking the time to stay on top of the maintenance and address everything properly rather than waiting for a problem to show up.

This is another important service checked off the list!

2019 Ram 1500 Maintenance Continues!

Back at it with my own 2019 Ram 1500. In this video, I completed the rear differential service as part of my ongoing maintenance.

Taking care of services like this helps keep the drivetrain operating properly and can prevent costly repairs down the road. I’m working through the truck one service at a time and making sure everything is maintained the way it should be.

This is my truck, so there’s no customer concern this time just me keeping up with my own maintenance and repairs.

More work on the Ram coming in the next video!
