Our BDC Pros assist people just like us who want to buy a new car but aren't sure of how to interact with the dealership. You'll be fielding phone calls, validating data, and providing customer service assistance to potential car buyers on behalf of dealerships across the nation. No prior experience required, only a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Your primary goal is to manage the Customer Experience on behalf of our clients across the country.

BDC Pros Professional Agent Job Duties
Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Phone Follow up
Establish policies by entering client information.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing
information.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
recommending improved procedures.
Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in
educational opportunities.

Currently hiring FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES for morning, afternoon and evening shifts
(done by 11PM); no overnight shifts. 5 days per week; set schedule. Weekend days
are required (with a commensurate weekday off). Hourly rate with attendance and
accuracy bonuses.
