Solid day for the Bar Harbor Bank and Trust # 60. P 1 in practice. Qualified 2nd. A long green flag run in the 150 lap race had Matt in the top five as the race progressed. He persevered and fought his way to a 2nd place finish. Congratulations to Teddy Hodgdon on the win. Also, have to recognize the # 1 team on winning the NWMT 2026 Championship. Matt winds up fourth in the points for the year. He also wins the bonus for the Connecticut Challenge for the best finish in the races held in Ct for the year. Stay Tuned. We may be done with NASCAR for the year but Matt has more racing to do before he wraps up the year. Thanks to the Dogs (crew) for traveling tonight...it was an easy race night for them as there were no yellow flags to conduct a pit stop!

Good Morning All!...Mother Nature still throwing curveballs. Remnants of the hurricane have prompted NASCAR to shift the Thompson race from Sunday to Saturday (today). Practice from 5 to 5:45pm. Qualifying at 6:30pm. Race at 8pm...and as always, it will be on Flo...Stay Tuned!

Let's see if we can wrap up this NWMT season on a high note...hoping for a dry finish to the NASCAR tour. This Sunday ( 10/11 ), Matt and the Bar Harbor 60 are heading to Thompson, Ct. for the World Series 150. The Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park will host the final NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race of the 2026 season. P*e Dee Motorsports and the Brown Dogs will be there to support Matt when the green flag flies. Tentative schedule start @ 4:30pm and will be streamed on Flo...Stay Tuned!

Good Morning Race Fans. Well, that did not go as planned at Riverhead last night. Car was OK in practice. Qualified in top 10. For once, Matt was lucky on redraw and pulled the pole. That luck did not last though. Car developed an engine oil cooler issue which forced Matt to pull off on lap 95. DNF. We move on....see you in a couple weeks. Stay Tuned.

The P*e Dee 60 will be carrying the Bar Harbor Bank and Trust colors this Saturday ( 9/19 ) with Matt at the wheel. Race start tentative @ 8:30pm and will be streaming on Flo. Stay Tuned!

P 1 in both practices @ Oswego...backed it up with a 4th in qualifying. Rode along in 3rd for the first third of the race. Car just did not respond to changes on pit stops....finished 8th...Hope ya'll are enjoying your Labor Day weekend...we move on...Stay Tuned!

Welcome to September and The Steel Palace! Matt and The Dogs prepping for another busy weekend. Friday in his own car @ ROC Spencer. Then, Saturday (9/5), it's time for some NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour racing. The Toyota Mod Classic 150 will be run at Oswego Speedway. The upstate New York venue will host the event which will be on Flo. Stay Tuned.

The GAF 150 @ Stafford is in the books. Matt was P2 in practice. Qualified 11th. Tough race up front. Pit crew did a great job on a pit stop to keep Matt in the race. Finished 2nd...a good run for sure. Congratulations to Teddy Hodgdon on his first career NWMT win. Short break for the crew getting ready for next week. Stay Tuned.

Good Morning All! ...and so it continues. Matt and The Dogs are heading north again. It's the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour at the historic Stafford Speedway in Stafford, Ct. This coming Friday (8/28). The Bar Harbor Bank and Trust #60 will be taking the green flag tentatively @ 8:45pm in the GAF 150. We will be on Flo...right now, the weather looks to clear as the day progresses...Stay Tuned!
