CONTRACTORS NEEDED – MUSKOGEE, OK
Looking for experienced crews to gut and dismantle an existing 50’×100’ red-iron bolt-up building on a commercial project in Muskogee.
Two separate scopes — bid either one OR both:
1️⃣ INTERIOR GUT – Approx. 5,000 SF
Remove drywall, wood-framed interior walls, drop ceilings/grid, insulation, doors/trim, flooring and other interior materials, leaving essentially a bare metal-building shell.
We will provide the means of debris disposal. Contractor is responsible for demo and loading the material.
2️⃣ RED-IRON BUILDING DISASSEMBLY – 50’×100’× approx. 10’ eave
Carefully dismantle the bolt-up building while preserving the structure for future reuse or resale. Roof/wall panels, purlins, girts, bracing, red-iron frames and reusable hardware should be removed without unnecessary damage, labeled/organized and neatly stacked.
This is NOT intended to be a scrap demolition. No structural steel is to be cut unless authorized.
💰 OPTION TO PURCHASE: If you’re interested in buying the complete building as-is and handling removal, you’re welcome to submit a separate cash offer as well.

• Stage 2 only
• Both stages together
• Or an offer to purchase and remove the building
