Chattanooga area Car Enthusiast friends, I’d like to have your thoughts on a potential business I’m considering.

It would be membership-based and offer work space, storage space (both climate controlled indoor space as well as secure outdoor space), and social activities as well.
Our members would have access to our 2 post lift as well as our flat work space area. Both of these could be conveniently reserved at no charge using an app. Where else can you jump on a lift to tackle your project?
No garage is complete without tools, and we have them! Our community tools would include hand tools, power tools, and specialty car tools for just about any size job. These are located in our oversized work bench area, the kind you dreamed of having in your garage.
Like to wash your own car? Our members will love our covered wash bays so you can wash in the middle of a hot summer day. We also have hot and cold water, so year-round washing is possible. Our wash bay is complete with a power washer, foam cannon, and all the supplies you will need to keep your car looking great.
We would offer a phone app for our members to reserve our work space, lift space, and potentially a conference room. It's easy to use and will make sure that amenities are available when you need them.
We would offer a great lounge complete with a big-screen TV, an upscale coffee bar, and a place to gather and grab a beer together.
This business model has worked well in several larger cities around the southeast. Do you think this would be a popular option here in the Chattanooga area?
