DS Driving School West is a family owned business since 2003. We provide an intensive 36-hour program (30hrs in classroom + 6hrs of behind the wheels– including student evaluations), that teaches all the skills required of a new driver to obtain their drivers permit. We believe the only way a student truly learns to drive is by learning in an engaging environment and driving with people who love t

o drive. Our course is made up of 10 days of curriculum, with an exam at the end of each session to increase content retention. Our classroom is interactive and fun - no passive self taught, boring videos (ok maybe one really good boring video) - with guest experts moving through our trainings. We don't just teach students how to drive, we strive to show them how to take responsibility for their actions as they take this first big step into adulthood. We are hiring! Behind the wheel instructors needed. $16-$18/hr. No experience needed. We offer on the job training. You will interact with students eager to learn, providing behind the wheel instruction for teenagers and adults seeking to get a Minnesota driver license.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Posses a current Minnesota Drivers License.
Have a clean driving record.
Have at least a High School Diploma.
Passion for teaching.

Licensing requirements . . .

Pass a written test administered by the State of Minnesota.
Pass a behind the wheel driving test administered by the State of Minnesota.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Pass a background check.
