To quote another satisfied customer of ours: “I went into the service area and was greeted by if I remember correctly Jennifer and she stepped up and ask if she could help me. I had no schedule but she welcomed me to pull my 24 GMC Canyon in before I could even ask her all I wanted to have done. It was in no way a bad thing, it was (wow), someone really wanted to be helpful for once. She started getting the truck ready for service and I was then helped by Mark and Cole, again I hope my memory is correct on the names. Everyone at the service desk was prompt, professional, and completely zeroed in on getting my needs taken care of. What an absolute pleasure it was to be talking care of so quickly

Step 1: check out our DealerRater reviews. Like this one “I had no problem setting up an appt for my GMC EV truck for its 1 year service and state inspection. Did it while I waited and even advised me of a safety related recall (which GMC had NOT alerted me about!!) tho' it had to be performed at the GMC dealer nearby since it was brand specific. I bought a Chevy EV from Malloy last year and the service dept has been courteous and just really easy to deal with, I am happy to say that little service is required on EVs but it's nice to have a good group when we need them,” Step 2: give us a call!

Our guests say it best: “We had planed a vacation trip to Myrtle Beach SC. Wed. 9/16/2026 but when I went to crack the car and load up Tuesday it would not start. I called and talked to Cole in the service department and told him what is was doing and he told me to get it pulled in and he would try his best to get it going. I got Brown Towing Company and they came out and pulled it in. The driver was great and did a great job. Cole told me what he was going to do and would call me when he found out something. He keep his word and keep in touch with me. He said he need a part for it and they didn't have so he sent a man to Fredersburg to get one. Cole and Harry (service man) worked on it till they got it going. They tryed to get it going on time but it didn't work out to leave on Wed. and he told me that up front but do his best for Thursday and he keep his word. To me he is not only a service man he is a friend and he treat me like I was his brother. He is the best service guy I have meet. Words can not say enough on what he did for me and my family. He keeps his words and look out for you. He is the best. Harry is the best. I have never meet him before and he was like I knew him all my life.
